Need help if possible

I only have very basic excel
I am doing a very simple spreadsheet
A list of jobs for a workshop
Basically when I type done in column E . I want this line to drop to either the bottom of the page or move it to a separate page

I really have no clue
Any help would be much appreciated

@Maria1020 , you may type in first cell, select other cells down, starting from this one, into which you'd like to repeat your value, and press Ctrl+D 

I think I explained myself badly
I have a spreadsheet- sheet 1 when I change the status of this job to done from in progress . I want it to leave sheet 1 and go to sheet 2

@Maria1020 , afraid that's only with VBA programming if not only to copy but also to remove from Sheet1
