I am attempting to categorize YTD Sales and Prior YTD Sales in the below data. Essentially in columns P and Q, I want a formula that pulls Net Sales categorized in column K as "YTD FY21" and "YTD FY20" respectively. I'm new to Excel and have experimented with some IF statements, but I was hoping to get some assistance on the best formula to use. Thanks in advance.

@dmoney7612 Look into SUMIF or a Pivot Table to summarise the numbers. Some examples are included in the attached workbook. Perhaps it can point you into the right direction. If not, come back here and upload an example your own workbook, Remove any private/confidential information, though.
