Need Assistance in Line Chart

I'm trying to create a line chart based on a specific data set. However the lines aren't plotting correctly. For example when I enter 1 for the month January the line is placed correctly but when I try putting 3 for the month of February it stays the same and is being plotted same as the month of January.

Could you create a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem, and make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive or another cloud service?

It looks like your chart is a 100% Stacked Line chart, so the values for January to March are 100% = 1.

Change the chart type to Line.
