Need Assistance for a Formula

Hello All,

 

I need a formula for Calculating the attendance Data with the Below conditions, I am attaching the sheet for reference Template 

  1. When Ever I enter Present it should be added in the Total Present Column
  2. When Ever I enter Absent It should be added in the Total Absents Column
  3. When Ever I enter late, Late should be highlighted with an Orange color background and the First 3 lates should not be calculated after that every late should be added in the Total Lates column
  4. When Ever I enter Halfday it should be calculated as 0.5 days in the Total Present Column
  5. In the Last Column Total Payable Days Formula should be (Total Presents - First 3 lates should not be considered and then after that, every 3 lates should be calculated as 0.5Day lop) https://1drv.ms/x/s!AjDBRgqOudWhgcQrlTcMF9aTIseiGw?e=WH907i 

This is Just for an assignment not for a work-related.
