Name Box and Formula Bar have White Bar Latest Upgrade

After latest update, I have very annoying white bar.   I can't find any mention of this on web or twitter.   

It obscures text.   Still happens regardless of Office Background or Theme.

Please help!

I'm on Current Channel (Preview) Version 2206 (Build 153330.20158)

That was a good suggestion, but sadly, it did not work. I still have exact same problem.
