my excel shortcut is not okay anymore

when i use shortcut (etc: alt+e+s then v > paste special value), it can be like that anymore, when i press alt+e+s then i need to click with my mouse to focus on pop up windows then i can press v to finish it. why it is like that, coz before wasn't. someone can help? Thank you
