Multiple variables determining an outcome

I have three variables which determine the outcome. What formula can I use to showcase the outcome if all three are independent variables and the outcome is not a function of any of them? 

E.g. 

a+b+c=X

The values of a, b and c are between 1-10. X is equal to Low, Medium, High, Very High. X is determined based on a,b,c but it isn't a mathematical formula.

Here is a small example of 3 variables.

{=INDEX(A1:E8,MATCH(A15&B15,A1:A8&B1:B8,0),MATCH(C15,A1:E1,0))}

Array formula: Complete the formula entry with Ctrl + Shift + Enter
