Multiple Arguments - Conditional Formatting

I want to compare dates in 2 columns. 

Column A = Due Date

Column B = Completion Date

Column C = Conditional Formatting based on comparison of A and B.

Results wanted:

• Completed on time (green fill)
• No completion date, but due date greater than today (no fill)
• Not completed on time (red fill)
• No completion date, but due date less than today (red fill)

@Shawn0463 Perhaps like this (picture taken on a Mac. Similar for PC though).
