Moving data

Good afternoon,

We are currently using writable pdfs to collect client information. To make our take on process smoother we would like to be able to upload this data to our client software.

I can export this data from the PDF to excel but to upload it to our software I need to use a specific excel template. Can anyone help me understand if there is an app or program that I can use to automatically move the data from my workbook to the template workbook needed.

Without knowing the specific Excel templates (as they describe it)

and without a file (without sensitive data) where an example could be, it is difficult to track your project.

Knowing the Excel version and operating system is always an advantage if you want a quick and precise answer.
