I am currently attempting to connect my Capital One banking Account to Money in Excel. However, after I searched for Capital One in the drop down box, selected it, and input my username and password, I am unable to connect and receive an error message. Capital on is the only banking service I use, therefore I can not connect to a different institution. Please help.
