minimum value of column a based on unique values in column b

I want to get minimum value of column A , for every unique value in column B . My Column B has multiple duplicate enteries and there are diifferent values in column A for those duplicate enteries of columnB . I want to save minimum value of column A and corresponding value of Coumn B in one file for all unique values of column B 

I want to save highlighted values in a file

@gautamga I would use a pivot table. See screenshot below (taken on a Mac but similar on PC).
