Kindly see attached and assist.

Scenario 1 -

If cell G3> cell D3 then cell H3 should return OVERSTOCK and by how many more.

 

Scenario 2 -

If cell G3 < cell E3 then cell H3 should return UNDERSTOCK and by how less.

 

Scenario 3 -

If cell G3 is in between cell D3 and E3 then cell H3 should return WITHIN RANGE.

 

One formula to capture cell H3....any ideas ladies and gentlemen???
