hello, im currently trying to use the data streaming add-in to read data from a LEGO spike prime. I know the spike is printing serial data every second but when i attempt to connect it to excel and hit start data nothing happens. also when i go into advanced settings to the console if i hit enter the advanced settings window just closes. anyone dealt with any of these issues before? thanks!
