Merging of 5 Excel workbook into 1

Copper Contributor
Good night, I need some assistance with merging five excel workbooks into one worksheet to be able to have each branch and their stock items matched and tallied to obtain final closing stock of all 5 branches.

Is it possible for you to post copies of those workbooks, or is the information in them considered confidential?

It's hard to give assistance without a far more complete understanding of what you have, how the workbooks are laid out (are they consistent across all five branches?), and exactly what you mean by "matched and tallied" ...

@Sabita Assuming that the file structure / layout for all five workbooks is the same for all five branches, you could put them in one folder and connect to the all files in that folder with Power Query. If you are not familiar with Power Query (PQ), it may be a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but it's worth looking into. The attached link is a good introduction to PQ in general. Chapter 9 deals with connecting to files in a folder, specifically.
