Merge Excel Data into Excel Form

Hello,

 

I have an XLS Tab with data types  like Well name, Permit #, Location, etc. that needs to go into a State Regulatory Form that is an excel sheet. The state requires that each well be filled out and saved as the Permit number. Now I have ~600 rows that need to merge into about 7 fields in random order and location on the form.

 

Is there a way to merge unique data from a "Data" tab1 into the "Form" tab and create either a new file, tab, or other merged XLS by some other means of cut and paste?

@deuce616 The form in your file is protected, so you can't do much with it if you can't unprotect it. But you can copy the entire sheet  to a new one and copy the Commission's logo in to it. Then you can add Data validation to the Permit No field and use INDEX an MATCH to fill in the relevant information from the data sheet into the Form. Started doing it in the attached file, but gladly leave the rest to you, in case you decide that this indeed is what you want/need.
