Merge Command

Need some help...for some reason over the past few weeks if I have merged cells across a few columns I can no longer adjust the width of one of those columns. When I highlight the column or columns that I want to adjust the width, all columns effected by the merged cells becomes highlighted as well.

@dstedham Avoid using merged cells. Use "Allignment", Horizontal and then Center Across Selection. More about that in the link below.

@Riny_van_Eekelen Perfect and thank you so much for your reply...your response was spot on and now I can structure the workbook appropriately. Only wish I knew you three years ago when I was creating all of these templates! Lots to do in the weeks ahead. Thank you once again.
