Median Age

Brass Contributor

Hello! I wanted to calculate the median age in 2 columns column, ignoring blank cells, but the data would be pulled from two columns (each column is in a different tab) needed assistance with a formula to do so?

much appreciated!

If I understood correctly, you can do this with this formula: =MEDIAN([column1], [column2]), like in this example: =MEDIAN(Sheet1!G:G, Sheet3!C:C).

Note that the MEDIAN formula already ignore the blank cells or the text values.

If it not solves your problem, please share a little more information about it, maybe a screen or a file with a sample of your spreadsheet.

this worked thank you!
