match or locate two Excel docs with the same content but different file names?

Hi, I’m trying to trace the origins of an Excel document, I have a hunch that I made a copy of the original and renamed*. Is there anyway to match or locate two Excel docs with the same content but different file names inside a folder?

*If I made a record of this change I can’t find it, lesson learned

  I bought the top recommended utility Gemini 2 and ran a test by taking a file (the one I'm trying to find a match for) copied it and changing the name. That failed to turn up in the duplicates list. Again my criteria was same file content, most likely different file name. That would be the trick.
