I am trying to build a series of heat maps for India providing some state level insights. When attempting to build a map chart, I realised that the chart doesnot identify Himachal Pradesh.
Could someone please help me with this ? I used the following test data.

Andaman and Nicobar | 3 |
West Bengal | 4 |
Orissa | 5 |
Bihar | 6 |
Sikkim | 7 |

Yes - while I can get Himachal Pradesh to show but none of the cities into it including Shimla!
It works for all cities of Punjab, J&K, Uttarakhand, etc.
Is Microsoft even aware of this?
