Macro or other solution

I want to add a static number daily.  So if Monday was 12, I want to add 1 to 12 each day and have it stop at a date certain.  Any advice is welcome.  I am intermediate Excel user, but most of my macros are recorded.

better explanation of my goal, i want to add 1 to 12, the next day I want to add 1 to 13, and so on
