My Microsoft license recently auto-renewed and since then I've not been able to access my latest updates to my excel spreadsheets from my phone. Ilike to be able to add or view these files while on the go away from my pc and it worked beautifully before the auto-renew so I assume it is somehow connected. when on my phone, I click on software and choose excel and am prompted to sign into my microsoft account as usual - but it only populates with the spreadsheet as it existed prior to the auto-renew. what can I do so that I can again open/view/edit the current spreadsheet from my phone?
