LOOKUP from Sheet to Sheet

I merely want to return to sheet 1 column C the data from column B of sheet 'ProcurementProfessional' if the data in sheet 1 column A and 'ProcurementProfessional' column A match. The following is only returning the formula I've written.

1) Make sure that C2 is not formatted as Text.

2) Make sure that Show Formulas in the Formula Auditing group on the Formulas tab of the ribbon is not highlighted.
