Look up - Combining multiple sheets

I'm currently using a spreadsheet with multiple tabs.

One contains a list of "parts" - This is then used as a drop down list under each persons tab to get daily counts, then a total.

I'm now trying to get my sheet to grab the total from each drop down item, for each person and place it into the main "parts" tab under their name to accumulate all data together.


-Not every person uses each part, and there are close to 300 parts.

Any help would be appreciated!
