Lock or unlock specific areas of a protected worksheet

Hi Alll, 

 

I want to give selected user access to only edit a range and other to edit another for Excel online (web). I have followed there instruction but I am still unsuccessful. Please can you advise on what I could do.

I know I don't know anything (Socrates)

@NikolinoDE  I am looking for a specific range for the user to edit not the entire workbook. I have tried this methods but it does not work. The user and edit the whole workbook and not just a range.
