Lock excel file if incomplete

Please can someone assist me, I have created excel file with columns and I’m working with lots of people on the file “shared” is it possible to unable the last user to save the file if there’s missing information or if the use left blank columns because I need everyone to fill in all the details so that we can get full information

If I may recommend knowing the Excel version, the operating system,

the storage medium (hard drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.),

explain your project / concern / problem step by step on the basis of this data / file

.. this is of great importance Advantage especially for you.

The helpers do not need any time to guess what it might be.
