I've been trying to extract or list the most repeated words and phrases from a database (with hundreds of rows with paragraphs of text, but I can't find the appropiate formula or macro.
We have sales representatives that visits our clients, they report these visits to our system and we get the reports in excel files. We want to give the sales representatives a tool so they can see the list of most used words or phrases and have insights from this info.
Here's an example:
The main words in this example are: Happy, Sad, products, complain, promotions, visits. At plain sight is easy, but for 500 rows of visits it's not.
