If it's possible to post a copy of your spreadsheet, you'd be far more likely to get a good and relevant response. If the actual contains confidential data, then make a facsimile with fake names, etc.
There are multiple ways to do what you're asking; the more you can show us or tell us about your actual situation, the more helpful we can be.
Questions that I'm sure any of the experts here would want to have answered (and seeing your spreadsheet would answer some of these:
- are the cells to be linked all in the same relative positions in those nine sheets?
- what's the rationale behind having nine sheets -- different departments/products/??? Can't be months or weeks (the number 9 doesn't fit)
- are the nine sheets always going to remain nine? Or might there be increase or decrease?
- etc.
