I have a cell in an excel worksheet that uses a dropdown list, providing an outcome (using a VLOOKUP function) from another cell.
I want to link the (changeable) text content from this outcome cell to a specific place (bookmark) in a word document.
In a trial, I've been able to directly link a cell content to a bookmarked location in Word but it seems excel doesn't like to work with changing values such as when a drop down list (validation table) is introduced.
Can you suggest a shortcut to achieve my objective please?
