linked data that is also transposed

I am trying to link data between two sheets that is also transposed.  I could copy and transpose it all, but then it wouldn't be updated when i make changes to the original sheet.  Is there a solution for this?

You question doesn't make any sense? Can you explain little more with few sample data?
