Link table row permanently to another worksheet

Hi,

I am trying to link a row in a table to another worksheet.

When I reorder the list (worksheet 1) the linked row values (in the 2nd worksheet) should stay the same (and should not change position).

That's to have some unique ID for the data and get data using VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP

Thank you! The linked row should not be a formula as it will be used in a pivot table. Are any of the options viable with this new criteria?

That doesn't matter, PivotTable takes cell values returned by formulas or entered manually.
