Pls I need an assistance on an excel formula

Pls I want to drag down the below formula into row, sum the first 46 rows but i don't want it to perform the sum on the next four rows( that is the values in the next four rows should be retained).
the formula I have is SUM(OFFSET(B$3,(ROW()-3)*49,0,46,1)).... but this keep giving me sum(b3:b48, b53:b99....)
while i want sum(b3:b48),b49,b50,b51, b52,sum(b53:b99)...
