I have a spreadsheet of credit card transactions for the company and separate spreadsheets for each cardholder that pulls their transactions by query. The user then marks up their sheet, and I have a query pulling that information back to me. The list is updated weekly. Each transaction has an ID #, and the users' queries list the transactions in ID order so that they don't get out of order with the user's notes. I've noticed that any time the table is updated with new transactions, anything the user has manually entered on the last line of the previous table jumps to the last line of the updated table, so the notes are no longer next to the correct transaction. Any work arounds for this?
