KPI based multiple factors

hi, 

I want to create KPI based on three factors. example employees are performing multiple functions but at the end of the day i need each employee to perform 100% during his/her 8 hours.

example - putaway 15 skids/hour - replenishment 10 skids/hour - picking 26 lines/hour. the combination of all this must be 100%.

please help me get there if you can.

8/23/2021 Order PICKING Operator 1- 14 lines

It all depends on how your data is structured, much better to have sample file.

If you have separate table with targets of skids/lines for each activity, you may add helper column to main data which transforms actual skids/lines into hours or percentage of target. When you may aggregate your data by PivotTable to show data for each employee/operator for each date.
