Keeping column format when copy and pasting

Hey, I have data in an excel file, and I need to copy and paste it into outlook while keeping the rows and columns neatly organized. When I paste it normally the words and numbers get jumbled together. I'm wondering if there is an easy way to format the data after pasting it so all the words are evenly spaced.
