I would like to know if it is possible and how to add an JPEG image banner on my desktop to an existing macro I have

Also to add this macro is to be sent as an email in outlook, this is where I want the image to appear within the email, so I would like the image to be part of the macro/message which will be sent out as an email when the macro is ran
