Join data in different columns

I can line graph the data let´s say in Column B that has 3 months January, February, March with data in Column C that goes hand in hand with 100, 200, and 300. Now let´s say in Column D, I have data for April and May that goes hand in hand with 400 and 500 in Column E.

Is there a way to create a line graph that will show January, February, March, April and May going hand in hand with 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500? For of course if all the months are in the same column and all the amounts also on another same column, of course the line graph comes out perfectly.

Add empty chart, right click on it and Select data. Add series - first range, comma, second range

=(Sheet2!$C$9:$C$11,Sheet2!$E$17:$E$18)

Same for horizontal axis.
