Please can someone help me active items in my Home ribbons and as well take the page 1 watermark away on my worksheet.

Add or remove a sheet background

In Microsoft Excel, you can use a picture as a sheet background for display purposes only. A sheet background is not printed, and it is not retained in an individual worksheet or in an item that you save as a Web page.

Because a sheet background is not printed, it cannot be used as a watermark. However, you can mimic a watermark that will be printed by inserting a graphic in a header or footer.

With your permission, if I may recommend, add a file (without sensitive data) and use this file to describe your problem step by step, or add photos with the appropriate description.  

You'll get a quicker and more accurate answer, and those who want to help don't have to invest time guessing the problem.

@Emmanuel_Asamoah_Boye Changing the Ribbon is done via File, Options, Customize Ribbon.

And with regard to what you call the "Page 1 watermark" I suspect you are viewing your schedule in Page Break Preview. Change to Normal and the Page indicators will disappear.
