Issue with Solver Add-in not working

Copper Contributor

I am having issues with Excel in Office 365 64 bit.  When I enable the Solver add-in and click out, click the Data tab and I get an error message. "Cannot run the macro 'SOLVER.XLAM!MainEx''. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled."  I also get the same error and the only change is:  'SOLVER.XLAM!GetGroupLabel'.  I have enabled macros, and checked all the settings I know to check.  background:  PC, Windows 10 64 bit.  Solver file confirmed to be SOLVER32.DLL.  I have also uninstalled and reinstalled several times and also tried to repair as well.  Same error.  I also tried to install the 32 bit version as well with no success.  I really need this to work for a Grad School class I am taking this summer!

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I have the same issue.  Copying the Solver32.dll file to the \Windows\System32 folder, as suggusted in other discussions, does not work for me.
