Issue With Applying Formula to All Cells

Hello all! 

I am having a pretty simple issue with Excel. I have a column of dates with times and I am trying to extract the hour number and the week number into two other separate columns. When I apply the HOUR() formula or the WEEKNUM() formula to the first date and drag down the formulas, however, it applies the formulas incorrectly. It is referencing the correct cells in each of the formulas but is returning an incorrect value. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I cannot reproduce the issue. Please atatch your redacted Excel file.

Are you sure automatic re-calculation is turned on?

That fixed it. It was set to Manual for some reason so I switched it to Automatic. Thank you so much.
