is there any way to auto populate user dept, name etc with email address into Excel from Outlook?

I like to check if there's any way to auto populate using email address to pick up the user name, department, contact etc from Outlook addresses book?

 

I only have the email addresses.. need to search one by one in outlook  to find.. is there a easier way?

EXCEL - 0365
