Is it possible to create a drop-down list which you can select multiple choices

I would like any help on how to create a drop-down list where you could select multiple elements of that list?

example:

List of possible values

A1

A2

A3

After the multiple-choice list, the cell would show the selected values:

A2

A3

@Sergei Baklan I have tried using this code and it doesn't seem to work. Have checked that the cell is changed to the one I need, have tried within a module and without.

I think I'm following all the steps. I notice in one of them (Step 3) it says to double click and paste into a module, but the pic shows him double clicking on sheet name and also typing "Option Explicit."

I'm trying to work out if my issue is something more foundational, this is a hand me down spreadsheet I'm trying to clean up, so not sure which sheet is actually Sheet 1 for instance.  

Can anyone think of something obvious I've missed. (it is an .xlsm file.)
