There are many, many templates for invoices. If you want help, you'll need to do one of the following:
- specify which template you're speaking of (ideally provide a link to the source)
- attach a copy of the file you have or (if you can't do that)
- post a copy of the file you have on OneDrive or Google Drive and paste a link here
