Inventory / stock checking discrepancy

Copper Contributor

Hello.  I have done a stock check and would like to see the positive and negative quantities and costs.  I don't know what formula I should use.  The physical count of the stock is column D and the stock that our system shows is column E.

@helsbrooks1981 Added some formulae in I and J. Is that what you had in mind?

Hi there - thats right I'm looking for a formulae in I and J to show if there is a positive order negative amount and value

@helsbrooks1981 and you noticed the file I attached with the formulae in it?

That works thank you. Except when saving to Sharepoint I get an error with the formula in column J it says #VALUE! and it says "a value used in the formula is the wrong data type"

@helsbrooks1981 Know nothing about Sharepoint. Sorry! I copied the format from column G.

@helsbrooks1981

And if before saving on Sharepoint convert it to xlsx format?
