When I cut a cell in Excel, I generally cut the original cell, select the cell below where I want to paste the cut cell, and click on "insert cut cell." This works except when the cell I want to paste the original cell above is right next to the original cell. For example if I cut A2 and want to paste it above B2 so it becomes B1, I click on B2 and then click "insert cut cell," BUT, A2 stays right where it is and doesn't become B1. Is there a way to change/ fix this?? It's quite annoying. Thanks! (I have Mac Excel 2008.)
