Inserting a table in excel sheet .

Hello everyone, This is my first time posting here. I am doing my report works in excel 2013 suddenly I am in need of adding a 4 column 4 rows table in my excel sheet. How am I suppose to add that? I have added my picture below in the attachment. specially I need to add or insert a 4Column X 4 row my table in the page 2 empty space location(Kindly see my picture FYR) Can someone explain this to me. This will be very useful for me to learn from you all. Millions of thanks in advance.
