Whenever I input the = it automatically closes excel. I can input a formula e.g. =if(....... but excel won't allow me to input = then a cell reference e.g. =C3. As soon as I try and do this it closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled excel and also checked that I am using the current version. I don't have any add ins or macros so am at a loss as to why it has suddenly started to do this. Any help gratefully received.
