INDEX formual resolves but #N/A is returned

I am using INDEX and MATCH to identify a cell in a worksheet. The 'Function Arguments' box correctly resolves the function, which it reports as "LA-294-BU" (a part number). But the cell holding the formula reports #N/A.

Help, please!

That means MATCH didn't find your value.

Got it!  I was missing the { and } around the array formula. Typing Control, Shift, Enter as a three-fingered salute did the trick.
