Index and Match

Can anyone help with index and match? I have a report which has columns with Staff Name, Date, AM/PM/ALL DAY, Contract Details. I want to see who is working on what contract AM or PM. The formula works if the third match is just AM or PM but I want to return the value if it is AM or ALL DAY or PM or ALL DAY. See screen shot: 

Any help would be much appreciated?

You can upload a sample workbook to a cloud service such as OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, then obtain a link to the uploaded file and post that link in a reply.
