My team has built an acronym data dictionary and there are a few duplicate acronyms in a column with different translations and descriptions. I have created the following search form that returns a value but I would like to make sure that when there are multiple values (or acronyms) all are shown for the person conducting the search to see what makes the most sense for their data dictionary search.
Sample of form:
In the acronym or term column within the table we have two IP related acronyms.
Can anyone give me some guidance on how to extract/ retrieve both acronyms and show the 3 different cells showing Acronym or term; Translation; Description in my search table above and not just one? Thank you.

@LL3241 If you are using MS365 or Excel 2021, look into the FILTER function.
