In excel I want to add the value that is shown in my cell. Not the actual number.

I want my calculations to add the value shown in my cells, not the actual number. 

So add 151.57 + 53.73 as shown in my cell

NOT  151.5734 + 53.7332 that came from calculating a percentage.

Click the File tab, click Options, and then click the Advanced category. In Excel 2007, click the Microsoft Office Button, click Excel Options, and then click the Advanced category In the When calculating this workbook section, select the workbook you want and then select the Set precision as displayed check box.
